[A&E-Style Narration Over Security Camera Footage and Shaky Cell Phone Video] Narrator (serious tone): In a quiet corner of Seattle, Washington, what starts as a typical day for a high-rise doorman quickly turns into an internet prank gone rogue. This is Neighborhood Wars . [Cut to exterior security cam footage of Bushwell Plaza. It’s a sunny afternoon.] Narrator: It’s just past 3 p.m., and Lewbert — the notoriously grumpy doorman of Bushwell Plaza — thinks it’s just another Tuesday. What he doesn’t know is that the kids upstairs are cooking up something that’s about to make his wart go viral. [Cut to cell phone footage filmed by Freddie. Scene 1: Apartment 8-C – Early Morning The show opens with Carly and Sam eating cereal on the couch while Spencer tinkers with a bizarre sculpture made of forks, rubber ducks, and spaghetti strainers. Act One: The Absence The episode begins “normally” but off. The tone is gray, lighting dimmer than usual. Freddie hasn’t been seen in weeks. Sam is missing. Carly insists everything is fine, but Spencer is worried. The web show hasn’t aired in over a month. Carly avoids the subject. In a tense dinner scene, Spencer tries to talk to her about it, but Carly only says, “You don’t remember, do you?” That night, Spencer finds an old camcorder in the vents of the apartment—something he didn’t put there. When he rewinds the footage, he sees flickering, low-resolution video of Freddie crying in the studio, screaming for help. Behind him, in the darkness, a tall, thin figure blinks into frame. Freddie turns around. The tape cuts out. Act Two: The Studio Spencer confronts Carly. She screams at h...
